IMPACT OF ROTARY
Rotary impacts so many lives in many different ways. Jesse gave a brief synopsis of how Jonathan Riches , once a rotary scholarship recipient, ultimately over the years became a member of Rotary. When the Sovino Foundation gave a presentation to Rotary, it was Jonathan that reached out to Phil Mont Christian Academy regarding a need for an AED. As a result. Hatboro Rotary provided funds to the Sovino Foundation for the AED to be placed in Phil Mont in 2012. 4 years later that AED was used to save a life!

We sometimes forget how much impact our own community and internationally. Today we reminded ourselves of that impact: here are a few that we support: 4 food pantries, scholarships, shelter Box, Camp Neidig Leadership Camp, YMCA Scholarship Program, Polio Plus, Union Library of Hatboro, Boy Scouts, Little League, Millbrook Society, Meals on Wheels, Hatboro Horsham Educational Foundation and Veterans Initiative. These are only a few of the organizations and community needs that we address. Congratulations Hatboro Rotary, you do make a difference!
