We are calling this Bob's Great Adventure! As a young boy circa 15 or 16, Bob and his friend went on an adventure from Glenside travelling north. With knapsack and sleeping bags they took the bus (10 cents) to Jenkintown and from there got a Greyhound (which you could flag down from the side of the road!) up Easton rd to Nockamixin Creek. On this journey they camped out, walked 17-19 miles a day and ultimately ended up on the towpath to New Hope. In New Hope they took the Steam Train to Hatboro and then took the electric train back to Glenside. Bob's first look at Hatboro was the Train Station!

We would also like to congratulate Bob's Granddaughter Kate Powers for being selected Student of the Month for Ambler Rotary!
