Thank you to Steve for updating us on the growth of Hatboro. Hatboro is the fastest growing small town in Montgomery County and

this year has several development projects lined up..a 40 Million dollar housing development with 85 units on Jacksonville Rd, and a 22 million dollar housing complex at Warminster and Fulmer. A lot of concentration will be spent on York Rd and the borough is asking businesses to do some upgrading of their store front and window displays. 1200 new jobs have been added to the community. Over the next two years, the Borough of Hatboro will be working with the Montgomery County Planning Commission to create a brand new Comprehensive Plan. The Borough will be engaging with citizens, community groups, business owners, and other stakeholders in a conversation about the future of our community. Topics will include economic development, land use, parks and open space, and transportation—among others.
